Herb, Peppermint Seedling

Description

Peppermint is stronger and higher in oils than spearmint with smoother leaves. Many of the “flavored” mints including chocolate mint and lavender mint are types of peppermint. Like all mints it is great for tea but this type is also wonderful in homemade soups and salves and we love its end of the season blooms which attract pollinators and make minty arrangements. It is happy in the ground or in a container.
