WholeSale and Bulk Sales

Cattail Organics offers sales to restaurants, grocery and co-ops, schools, institutions and individuals.

You can currently find our products on the menus of Red Eye Brewing Co. (Wausau WI), Sconnies (Wausau WI), at Navieve Fromagerie . Our vegetables are available at County Market Medford,  Downtown Grocery (Wausau), and the Stevens Point Area Co-op. Schools using our vegetables include Abbortsford, Loyal, Spencer and Owen-Withee; Wausau School District; and Wisconsin Rapids.

Building on 13 years of farm experience and work with all types of local buyers we understand the concerns and needs around food safety, delivery schedules, unique high value products, liability, payment and communication for larger scale buyers.

You can download our basic pricing sheets (all from 2016) below and can meet with you to set up the best delivery, planning, billing and communicate strategy for your business. Individuals interested in bulk orders can contact us via phone or email with inquiries.

RESTAURANTS

I have been working with restaurants in the Wausau and Central WI region for the past 7 years and understand the specific and changing needs of chefs, as well as ways that local season food can be used on stable and changing menus alike. For general price ranges see the learn more button below and feel free to email or call to set up a meeting so I can determine the best way to serve you. Starting in May 2017 I will have weekly lists available on the website.
