Our Maple Syrup is Certified Organic. We use our own sap from our own sustainable managed woods. Our syrup is cooked in small flat pan batches over wood for a high quality, rich traditional flavor. Maple syrup is the first “crop” we harvest in the spring and sets the rhythm of each season.

What is Organic Maple Syrup – In brief like our whole farm, it means that we meet the rules around organic production, which in maple syrup involves stewarding the forest resources and waterways sustainably, using small taps which create less impact on trees, using specific non toxic substances to clean our lines and equipment, and NOT using synthetic defoaming agents. We do not use pressured lines or use multiple taps per tree and we do not tap small trees but these areas, as well as fertilizer use (common in Canada) are regulated.

We distribute through our online store (local orders only right now), CSA and through partnerships with other farms who want to add it to their storefronts, CSA or online shopping experience. We also have provide custom products in smaller or speciality jars for weddings, events etc by request.
